1. Reservations and payment

1.1 Reservations can be made by contracting Wild Dream Holidays Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the “company”.

1.2 Safaris are booked and confirmed only on receipt of a 35% deposit of the basic safari rate, where photographic/helicopter safaris require a 50% deposit. There shall be no binding contract until the deposit has been received by the company. Failure to remit your deposit in a timely manner may result in an automatic release of the confirmed dates and the possible inability to reinstate your reservation.

1.3 The balance of the basic safari rate is due no later than twenty (20) days prior to commencement of your safari; seven-five (75) days for Photographic/Helicopter safaris. If the balance has not been received by that date, the Company shall be entitled in its discretion to treat your reservation as cancelled, and consequently to forfeit such part of the deposit as determined solely by the Company.

2. Cancellations and refund

2.1 Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the Company. Cancellation charges shall apply in the following circumstances.

2.1.1 normal safaris: (i) Cancellations between 33 – 15 days, 35% of the total amount. (ii) Cancellations between 14 – 3 days, 70% of the total amount, (iii) Cancellation less than 2 days, 100% of the total amount

2.1.2 Photographic/Helicopter safaris: (i) cancellation less than 90 days prior to safari starting date, the full deposit is forfeited. (ii) cancellation less than 60days prior to safari starting date the total safari cost is forfeited.

2.2 If you are a no show, the company shall be entitled to treat your reservation as cancelled without having given the company any notice and the provisions of paragraph 2.1 .1 (iii) and 2.1.2 (ii) shall apply.

3. For your information

The company reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, to make such alternations in the itinerary as it deems necessary,to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of any safari any person at any time, and to pass on to safari members any expenditure occasioned by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in its cost, the Company reserves its right to adjust it rates. The company is not liable for any damages cost by natural disasters and calamities or any other causes beyond its control.

4. Photographing/helicopter licenses

The company will help the clients to arrange the documentations necessary for photographing/helicopters safaris on the basis that the clients provide the information needed at least thirty five (35) working days prior to commencement of the safari with the full payment for such documentation.

5. Health and vaccinations

Malaria is endemic to many areas of Kenya, anti-Malaria prophylactics are necessary. A yellow fever and Cholera vaccination certificate is required in Kenya, the company is not liable in the event of denied entrances to Kenya due to lack of vaccinations.

6. Insurance

The company highly recommends you to take travel insurance either from your country of origin or with us. We do provide all types of travel insurance at an extra cost; please contact us for more information.
